| Dr. Singh is Board Certified in Physical Medicine. He is the Medical Director for Medina Memorial Health Care System’s Comprehensive Medical Rehabilitation Unit, and serves on several hospital committees. |

| Bill Hungerford |
Mr. Hungerford is the chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee, vice-chair of the Finance Committee, and serves on the Executive, Finance, and Bylaws Committees.
He is President of Takeform Architectural Graphics of Medina, a manufacturer of interior signage and graphic products. He is a past President of American Sigma, a manufacturer of environmental instrumentation. |

| John Sylvester |
| Mr. Sylvester has served as a member of all the committees of the Board of Directors. He has served on the Board of Directors from 1982-1994 and from 1996 to the present. He is a member of the Medina Hospital Foundation Board of Directors and a member of the E&R Machine Board of Directors. He served on the Medina Savings & Loan Board of Directors for 17 years. John retired in 1992 after being employed as a Comptroller, Treasurer, Executive Vice-President and President for various local companies. |

| Malcom Thomas |
Mr. Thomas is currently serving his third term on the hospital board. He has been on the board since 1998. He is the board secretary and chairman of the Quality Improvement Committee. He also serves on the Executive, Finance, Resource Development, Bylaws, Physician Recruitment, Strategic Planning, and the Joint Conference Committees. He is also a member of the Orchard Manor Board of Directors.
Mr. Thomas has been a resident of Medina for 34 years. He and his wife, Carolyn, reside on Howell Parkway. He is retired from the Orleans Niagara BOCES where he was the Administrator for Programs for Students with Handicapped Conditions. He holds a masters degree in Speech Pathology and a School District Administrator's Degree.

| Steve Giroux |
| Mr. Giroux is a pharmacist and co-owner of Modem-Giroux, Inc., which operates the Middleport Health Center. He is also co-owner of Rosenkrans Pharmacy, Inc. He is a past president of the Pharmacy Society of New York State and the Pharmacist’s Association of Western New York. He is a member and past president of the Middleport Rotary Club. Steve has served on Pharmacy Advisory Committees for the New York State Department of Social Services and Blue Cross of Western New York. He has previously served as Vice-President and President of the Medina Memorial Health Care System Board of Directors, and currently serves on a number of Board Committees. |

| Lance Mark |
Mr. Mark has been a lawyer in the Medina area for over twenty years. He has been involved in the community including the State and County Bar Associations, Mental Health services, Planning Board, and Chamber of Commerce. Lance has previously served several terms on the Medina Memorial Health Care system Board of Directors and has held officer positions.
