| Complete Care For Women
From adolescence through childbearing years and menopause, women can face a wide range of obstetrical and gynecological challenges. Devoted completely to the care of women, our practice is designed to help patients understand and overcome these challenges. Those challenges include contraceptive counseling, sexually transmitted diseases, pregnancy, hormonal disorders, bladder control, chronic pain syndromes, menopausal symptoms and treatment. We believe strongly in preventive care and counseling, and consider patient education a fundamental part of our practice.
Appointments
Please make appointments in advance. If for some reason you are unable to keep an appointment, please take the time to notify us. This is an important courtesy to others who may desire to be seen. We understand and appreciate the value of your time, and will make every effort to see you at your scheduled time. Please accept our apologies if at times there are delays on our part. Deliveries and other emergencies may occur during office hours, interrupting the office schedule. We will make every effort to accommodate our patients to the best of our ability, either later that same day or as soon as possible thereafter.
Hospital Services
Our deliveries, surgeries, inpatient and emergency care are provided at Medina Memorial Health Care System, 200 Ohio Street, Medina, NY. See TWIG Birthing Center.
Specialist Coverage
For conditions that may fall outside our area of expertise, we will work closely with your family physician or specialist. If you do not already have a physician, we will help you to find one that is skilled and caring. We will gladly work with them to ensure that you receive the best care possible.
Fees
Payment for office visits is expected at the time of service. If this is a hardship, contact the office to set up a payment plan to help meet your obligation. Laboratory services performed outside the office will be billed to you by that particular laboratory. We are a participant in most major insurances, including PCAP and Medicaid. Telephone
During office hours, we will try to return non-emergency calls during the noon hour, or when we have finished seeing our scheduled patients in the afternoon. Please make calls for appointments during the scheduled office hours. For emergencies that occur after office normal hours, our telephone answering system provides the pager number of the covering physician. You can contact the covering physician directly about your problem.
