These include fixing PACS issues, relieving for lunches and being a “guidance counselor” to many in her department. Janelle is also on the Stroke Committee and has obtained ACR Accreditation in CAT Scan. Janelle’s commitment to quality care shows through the respect, understanding and compassion she gives not only to her patients but to her co-workers as well. Janelle’s contribution to team spirit is evident even if she has a full schedule. She always makes sure that lunches are taken, she helps her co-workers with their needs,  and does it so that the department is running smoothly. Janelle’s attitude has a positive effect by helping her department run seamlessly.
