Accurate billing and reimbursement begins with getting accurate and complete information at registration. Please be sure to have your insurance card or other pertinent billing information available at the time of registration.

Insurance copays are asked for at the time of service. The amount of copay required depends upon the type of insurance you have. Due to the complexity of insurance policies, it is very helpful if patients are aware of the copay requirements of their insurance policy. You can obtain this information by contacting your insurance company.

Some insurance policies require referrals or prior authorization for various services. You can find this information in your insurance policy or by looking at your insurance card.
