Cafeteria Facilities 
The cafeteria is located on the Ground Floor and the hours of operation are:
Breakfast 7:00am-10:30am
Lunch 11:00a-1:30p
For your convenience, there are also vending machines located on the Ground Floor.
Guest trays are available for a fee of $3.00. For this service, please call the kitchen or talk with your nurse.
Gift Shop
The Gift shop is located on the Ground Floor, and is operated by the TWIG Association for the convenience of patients, visitors and employees. Gifts, greeting cards, toys and toiletries are available. For more information, please call us at (585)798-8098. 
Gift shop hours are:
Monday – Friday:
8:30am - 8pm
Saturday:
10am – 3pm
Sunday:
12pm – 3pm
Smoking Regulations
To ensure a completely Smoke Free environment, smoking is NOT permitted in any building or on the hospital's grounds. Cigarettes and other smoking materials are not sold in the hospital.
